Car was spraying fluid under hood causing steam. Took car to Crosstown Auto for repair. Cody right away discovered both upper and lower radiator hoses sprung leaks. In all, repairs came to about $2,000 which included new radiator, hoses, thermostat, etc.. Picked up car on a Friday and within a day fluid leaking on driveway. Crosstown Auto closed on Sat & Sun. Took car in early Monday, Cody had to replace elbow joints and water pump. I was concerned about new additional charges but Cody waved all new charges! This place has integrity! Does excellent work! Charges reasonable prices and stands by their work. I met 3 other employees who were all very courteous and professional. THIS IS MY GO-TO PLACE FOR CAR REPAIRS!
I needed a transfer case replacement and this was the only place I could find that would install my purchased parts. Great staff, reasonable pricing and ckear, honest service. Great appreciation t pi all at Crosstown!
